Internships at Merrick offer college students real-world experience.
Merrick offers paid internships for high-potential students in the fields of engineering and architecture. We've developed our internship/mentoring programs to serve as growth experiences for both the student and company.
Here, you will learn from our experienced professionals, with the opportunity to put your education into practice on real-world projects. We'll treat you as one of us, involving you in discussions, encouraging your technical growth and expanding your abilities. Our goal is to provide you with the confidence and skills you need to make an impact in your field after you graduate.
We'll also provide ongoing assessment of your work and capabilities. You will meet weekly with your mentor to discuss your progress, learn about the field and discuss your interests and how to develop them. We may also arrange field trips and meetings with upper management as further learning experiences.
And true to our culture of involvement and feedback, you will be asked to assess your mentor, your internship experience and the company as a whole as you complete your time with us.
To participate in our paid Internship Program, you need to be a currently enrolled engineering or architecture student at an accredited university. Preference is given to rising juniors, rising seniors and graduate students. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time. Some projects require U.S. citizenship.
