Corporate Social Responsibility

Recognizing the long-term value of corporate social responsibility, Merrick & Company has a formalized program to ensure a continuing contribution to our communities. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program chartered by Ralph W. Christie, Jr., President and CEO, balances three key areas:

  • Environmental stewardship
  • Community outreach and involvement
  • Economic objectives

As part of the program, the firm engages key stakeholders including clients, employees, investors and the local communities in which the firm operates, with the objective of soliciting feedback to further understand the issues that are most relevant to them.
