How We Hire
Merrick hires for longevity and for attitude. One of our key recruiting strategies is to hire a good fit for the team. We can train technical skills, but a great attitude and work ethic is something that can’t be taught. We don’t want to be an employment agency, staffing up for projects and then cutting positions when a project dies down.
