Merrick Welcomes New Project Manager to High Performance Facilities

Matt Joganich, Colonel, USAF (retired), has joined Merrick & Company as Project Manager for its High Performance Facilities (HPF) business unit. He will support the firm’s business growth within the U.S. Government sectors focusing primarily on the Department of Defense, as well as the intelligence community and aerospace markets.

Matt served more than 27 years in the United States Air Force and brings a wealth of experience in planning, design, construction, environmental, real estate, lifecycle operations & maintenance, emergency management & disaster preparedness, and resource management. He retired from the Air Force at the end of August where he last served as Strategy & Plans Division Chief, Civil Engineer Directorate, Headquarters United States Air Force, as well as the Joint Staff Engineer/Chief, Engineer Division, Directorate for Logistics, Headquarters The Joint Staff.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from University of Illinois-Chicago, a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University Meinders School of Business, and a masters in military arts and science.
