President, High Performance Facilities | Employee Owner Since 1991

Tammy Johnson joined Merrick more than 25 years ago as a structural engineer and has worked with Merrick for her entire career. Since that time, she has worked her way up to business unit leader, founded Merrick’s San Antonio office, and managed one of Merrick’s biggest projects, the airmen training centers on Lackland Airforce Base. She serves on Merrick’s Board of Directors and was recently named president of Merrick in 2023.
