Michael Martin, PE

Chief Operations Officer | Employee Owner Since 1999

Michael Martin serves as Merrick’s Chief Operations Officer, guiding the company’s operations to deliver efficient and impactful engineering, architecture, surveying, and geospatial services. Since joining Merrick in 1999, Mike has been instrumental in shaping the infrastructure engineering division and became the youngest business unit leader in the company’s history. Now as COO, he focuses on refining processes and fostering growth, ensuring that Merrick’s work not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Mike also sits on Merrick’s Board of Directors, where his leadership helps drive the company’s mission to create meaningful and sustainable solutions.
