of Directors
Merrick’s Board of Directors is a diverse group, including both internal and external members. Our external board membership dates back to 1962, when Sears Merrick recognized that outside expertise would complement our internal board members and strengthen the company. Today, our board boasts three female members, a makeup that few corporate boards achieve. While 11% of board seats are held by women in Colorado, even fewer corporate boards have four women or more. This makeup gives us a strong vision to position the company for future growth and success.
