Blaine Horner | Senior Vice President, Geomatics

Blaine joined Merrick in 2020 as market director for the geomatics business unit and has played a key role in driving business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and leading complex geospatial projects. Since being named Merrick’s Geomatics Business Unit Leader in 2025, he has championed innovative technologies and processes that continue to advance Merrick’s geomatics capabilities and deliver value to clients across multiple markets.

Elise Snyder, CPA | Senior Vice President, Finance

Since joining Merrick in 2018 as controller, Elise has provided financial leadership that helps guide strategic decision-making, long-term planning, and risk management across the company. Known for her practical and collaborative approach, she works closely with Merrick’s business unit and corporate leaders to support thoughtful growth while maintaining our company’s strong financial foundation.

Scott Osgood | Vice President, Information Technology Services

Scott joined Merrick in 2025 as director of information technology services, bringing more than two decades of technology leadership experience. He has led significant improvements across cybersecurity, business systems, artificial intelligence initiatives, and operational performance, helping transform ITS into a more strategic, service-focused organization that supports Merrick’s business objectives.
