Quality Policy Statement
“It is the policy of Merrick & Company to clearly define, communicate, and understand the work requirements; conform to the requirements; and perform jobs right the first time.”

David G. Huelskamp
President and CEO
Merrick & Company

Merrick’s commitment to total quality management is founded in our corporate values.  These values serve as our standard for performance measurement, our motivation for excellence in execution, our foundation for guiding our decision-making, and our impetus for continuous improvement.

The achievement of quality dictates the establishment and implementation of a formal program to ensure that quality standards are achieved throughout the company’s operations.  The achievement of quality is the responsibility of the project manager who manages the work.  Each employee is expected to perform his or her tasks the first time in accordance with project procedures or other requirements.  The name Merrick must represent quality to our employees and to the business community.
