Strengthening Our Global Health Security

In our interconnected world, an infectious disease threat anywhere is a threat everywhere. The need to be prepared to prevent, detect, and respond to threats posed by bioterrorism and accidental release of viruses from laboratory containment is now more apparent than ever before.

With the goal of establishing efficient, safe, and secure programs, Merrick is one of the only companies in the world that offers the complete package of laboratory design and commissioning services in addition to an elite program of operations, biosafety, and biosecurity services. We’ve provided services to academic, industrial, and government institutions in the U.S. and over 50 countries around the world, across all 7 continents.

A Global Impact

Our broad range of knowledge across the company lends itself to a holistic and realistic perspective on a system-wide approach. We draw on the expertise in other market areas (e.g., infrastructure development, geographic information systems) to bring new and innovative solutions and deliver successful projects. Collectively, we are working to promote a vision where human, animal, and environmental health are considered to ensure health and economic security at both a national and global level. Using this approach, we’ve worked with institutions and governments across the world to have a sustainable impact on global health and security.
