FRAMEWORK Design Partners (FRAMEWORK), a Merrick Canada, Stantec, and Dialog joint venture, will support the Government of Canada with renewal of government research facilities. Over the next five years, FRAMEWORK will provide engineering, architecture, and laboratory design services to develop laboratory standards, functional programming, and concept designs for federal research and laboratory facilities across Canada.

The contract is part of the first phase of Canada’s CA$2.8 billion Laboratories Canada program—a 25-year strategy to strengthen federal science in Canada and foster innovation and collaboration in world-class facilities.
