Cheryl has served on Merrick’s Board of Directors since 2021. Her work on the board focuses on the strategic impact of Board decisions on our employee owners, as well as Merrick’s leadership transition planning. To inform her work with the board, she draws on her decades of experience with succession planning, change management, and organizational and leadership development. Cheryl thrives being part of a board like Merrick’s that continually asks, “What will be the greatest good for Merrick and our employee owners?” She has partnered with Merrick for more than 14 years, designing and facilitating four year-long leadership development programs for 140+ employee owners; providing leadership coaching for 160+ Merrick leaders; and facilitating six strategic advance programs and dozens of team-building sessions.
