Kevin joined Merrick’s Board of Directors in 2025. He brings more than 40 years of engineering and leadership experience, including over three decades as founder and CEO of Alliance Engineering, an industrial engineering and construction management firm acquired by Merrick in 2021. Kevin’s focus on the board is to help guide Merrick’s continued thoughtful growth and expansion, drawing from his firsthand experience navigating economic shifts, scaling operations, and building lasting client relationships. His deep understanding of both entrepreneurial leadership and Merrick’s integrated operations brings valuable perspective to the board.
