Tim joined the Merrick Board of Directors in 2022. He focuses on advising our board on employee retention, workforce development, and the impact of leadership and culture. He strives to help Merrick expand our capabilities and capacity while preserving our problem solving and employee owner-centric culture. Tim leverages his more than 31 years of military experience to inform his role as director. Studying and anticipating future market needs, evaluating our competitors, and creating a sustainable business strategy is not so different from anticipating the nation’s next conflicts, who our adversaries and allies will be, and how the conflict may be fought. Since serving on a panel during Merrick’s 2019 Strategic Advance, he has regularly supported our High Performance Facilities business unit.
