Merrick & Company’s Oil & Gas division has been providing professional services to the industry since 1988. Our design professionals are adept at delivering projects to refining, gas processing, trans-loading and product terminals, compression and pumping facilities. Our project teams are capable of executing FEL/FEED studies and construction-ready work packages. We have experience with greenfield construction sites as well complex retrofit projects within existing units and facilities. Our project teams have won national and regional awards from American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and Engineering News-Record (ENR).

Merrick’s multidiscipline staff provides project evaluation including cost estimation and risk analysis, process simulation and optimization, process license evaluation support, utility system studies, PSM/MOC support, as well as full scale detail design, process hazard analysis (PHA), SIS design, procurement, and construction management services.
